For quite a while Jayrope played solo live shows, which he called the standup trackwriting series.
The idea was to make up new songs and tracks from scratch anytime he played, and without much preparation other than having a whole load of text collections to shout and some basic electronic live equipment (loopmachines) fast enough to improvise with.
This recording is from the well known Berlin based club NBI, which features the newest and nicest electronic music since 1996.
The music is rough, fast, driven by analogue machine beats, sometimes blending with excerpts of Nino Rota Fellini film soundtracks in the background.

One track was included on a compilation release of NBI before.
